Gift voucher rewards are earned per successful referral and are based on the services purchased.
You will receive £5 for each Will and £10 for each Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) completed by your referred friend or family member.
The maximum reward payable for any single referred customer is £50, regardless of the combination of services purchased.

Simply call us or send us an email with the details of your friend or family member, and we'll register the referral against your client account.

If your friend or family member is not already a Falcon Legacy Planning client, we'll issue a unique discount code linked to your referral.

5% Discount for Your Friend or Family Member
Once approved, your friend or family member will receive a 5% discount on all our professional services, including Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)

Finally Choose Your Gift Voucher Reward
When your friend or family member becomes a client and pays for their chosen service in full, you'll receive a gift voucher of your choice worth up to £50* for each successful referral.

Customer Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions
Thank you for recommending Falcon Legacy Planning. These terms explain how our referral programme works.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The referral programme is open to existing and previous Falcon Legacy Planning clients aged 18 or over.
1.2 The referred person must be a new customer who has not previously received a consultation, quotation, or service from Falcon Legacy Planning.
2. Referral Reward
2.1 An eligible referrer will receive a gift voucher once the referred customer has:
- Engaged Falcon Legacy Planning for a paid service;
- Paid all fees due in full; and
- Completed the service engagement.
2.2 The value and type of gift voucher will be communicated by Falcon Legacy Planning at the time of referral.
2.3 There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer may make unless otherwise stated.
3. Discount for Referred Customers
3.1 New customers referred through the programme will receive a 5% discount on Falcon Legacy Planning services for Wills and LPA's..
3.2 The discount applies only to professional fees charged by Falcon Legacy Planning and does not apply to:
- Government registration fees;
- Third-party disbursements;
- Probate fees;
- Trust registration fees; or
- Any other external charges.
3.3 The discount code must be presented before a quotation is accepted and cannot be applied retrospectively.
3.4 The discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless agreed by Falcon Legacy Planning unless otherwise agreed at the time in writing.
4. Referral Process
4.1 The referred customer should provide the referrer's name when making their initial enquiry.
4.2 Falcon Legacy Planning may request reasonable information to verify a referral.
4.3 In the event of multiple individuals claiming the same referral, Falcon Legacy Planning's decision as to the valid referrer shall be final.
5. Reward Payment Conditions
5.1 The gift voucher will be issued only after:
- The referred customer has paid all invoices in full; and
- Any cancellation or cooling-off period has expired.
5.2 No reward is payable where:
- The referred customer cancels their instructions;
- Payment is outstanding;
- A refund has been provided; or
- The referral does not meet the eligibility requirements.
6. Non-Transferable
6.1 Referral rewards have no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.2 Falcon Legacy Planning reserves the right to substitute a gift voucher with an alternative reward of equivalent value.
7. Changes and Termination
7.1 Falcon Legacy Planning may amend, suspend or withdraw this referral programme at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Any valid referrals made prior to the programme being withdrawn will continue to be honoured in accordance with these terms.
8. General
8.1 Gift vouchers will be issued to the referrer within 30 days of the referred customer completing their purchase and all qualifying conditions of the referral programme being met.
8.2 Falcon Legacy Planning reserves the right to refuse or withdraw rewards where there is evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity, or deliberate circumvention of these terms.
8.3 Participation in the referral programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
