Where do you offer your services?
We meet families face to face right across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire, including many towns and villages around them, we come to you at home at no extra charge. And because everything can also be done online by video call, we cover the whole of England and Wales.
How much does it cost?
We work on fixed, transparent fees agreed with you before any work begins, rather than charging by the hour. The initial consultation is free and carries no obligation. Please note that Lasting Powers of Attorney also incur a separate government registration fee of £92 per document, payable to the Office of the Public Guardian.
Do you visit people at home?
Yes. Home visits across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire are available at no extra charge, including evenings and weekends by arrangement. Many clients find it far easier to talk things through in their own home.
What services do you offer?
We prepare Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (for both Property & Financial Affairs and Health & Welfare), and Trusts, while also helping families with broader legacy planning. We provide honest advice on what you genuinely need and what you do not.
